About our home

Hi! At the moment, we have already accumulated lots of points, so we are only looking for Classic (can be non-contemporaneous) swaps until we have managed to 'spend' some points :)
Our holiday home has something for everyone! At 2,400 sq ft, there's enough space for everyone to be indoors without being crowded and our huge kitchen with its pine table seating 12 comfortably means you can all get together to talk about your day over long evening meals of the local seafood.
Four of the five bedrooms are en-suite and the junior room has the family bathroom next door. Although there is no disabled access (the front door has a couple of steps) there is a downstairs bedroom and large en-suite for those who don't want to face a whole flight of stairs.
We are fully equipped with beach gear including wind breakers, crabbing nets, fishing rods, kites, body-boards, surf boards, wetsuits, barbeques - both portable for beach and gas for our large patio.
Our garden is a wrap around and a great sun trap - it is not fenced in though so if you are bringing a dog you will need to make sure that he is secured to one of the tether points we use for our own dogs. Similarly you would want to keep a good eye on small children as its a short wander down to the beautiful lakes which are right in front of the house and a wonderful place to sit by in the morning with a cup of tea, watching the heron fish. The ducks are tame enough to eat bread from your hand..
There is an excellent log burning stove for those of you braving the colder months, a huge array of wetsuits and lots of board games for cosy evenings in. Not to mention Netflix on our 54 inch tv.
The house is within 25 meters of a golf course which has a bar, indoor spa, restaurant , tennis courts and indoor pool on site (small extra charge). The golf course is called The Point at Polzeath and gets excellent reviews and even has a plane landing strip.
Famous Polzeath beach with its waves and surfing is one mile down a footpath from our front door. Great restaurants are close by including Rick Steins in Padstow, the increasingly famous Mariners in Rock and of course Outlaws.
There is a £120 cleaning fee which is payable in cash on arrival.
