About our home

Victorian period apartment (with a Scandinavian touch) situated in the leafy suburb of Broomhill, Sheffield.

Broomhill is known for its artisan coffee shops and small, independent restaurants to suit all tastes. The thriving neighbourhood has all the necessary local amenities and an abundance of gift, lifestyle shops and pubs.

Our home is a perfect base for touring the wider Peak District National Park and within easy driving distance to other fabulous tourist sites such as Chatsworth House (13 miles), Bakewell (15 miles), Matlock (20 miles), Hathersage (8 miles) and Castleton / Mam Tor for breathtaking views (13 miles).

The apartment is conveniently located for the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University (5 min walk/10 min walk), Royal Hallamshire Hospital (5 min walk), Sheffield Children's Hospital (5 min walk), The Botanical Gardens (5 min walk) and Sheffield City Centre (15 min walk).

For those flying into England, we are 1 hour away from Manchester Airport and just a 2-hour train journey from London.

A cosy and bright ground floor one bedroom apartment with its own private entrance, garden and assigned parking space. It boasts large windows and high ceilings creating an abundance of natural light, creating a peaceful environment.

Open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Fully furnished with modern and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge, hob, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, milk-frother, juicer, NutriBullet (smoothie maker), wine glasses, etc.

We have a large bedroom with a comfy king-sized bed and a bathroom with shower and large bath. There is washing machine, WIFI, cable TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video for you to lay back and enjoy.

Although this is our main home, we have listed it with very flexible availability as we travel for work a lot, so that our apartment is often available. Please feel free to enquire for any dates! :-)

  1. Young married couple living in the heart of England, having lived in Norway and Canada. My husband Josh is from the Lake District National park, I am from the North of Germany.

  2. We are relaxed and easy going and are excellent and respectful guests, who love traveling for business and pleasure. Josh works in law and is a jazz piano player and I am a business development professional for an engineering firm.

  3. We love design, skiing, exciting and historical cities and sunny, remote parts of the world.
