Our stunning home was completely designed and re built in 2017. It sits on the edge of the cotswolds in Oxfordshire, 30 minutes from Warwick castle and Oxford centre, 20 minutes from Stratford upon Avon and is approximately one hour train ride away from London. Our home boasts a large garden with extensive children's play area and trampoline. It has stunning views of Shutford village and the countyside beyond. The village church and Shutford manor can also be seen from the front of the house.
The kitchen is central to our our home with open dinning and entertaining in mind. The extensive made to measure sliding doors open out on to a large patio making the space open to the elements, plus floor to ceiling glass doors and a revolving door to separate the kitchen from the hallway . This adds to open views and wonderful light. The kitchen also boasts 2 dishwashers, drinks unit, and has featured in may interior homes magazines. leading off this space we have a cinema room, utility room and separate ironing room with laundry shoot. Leading to the left of the kitchen there is also a beautiful lounge with Tv and a seperate playroom. There is also a study filled with books and games, and a downstairs toilet and cloakroom. The interior is marble and limestone floors throughout, and washed oak with the exception of the media room which is softly carpeted throughout for comfort and sound.
The stairs can be lit and are a feature also. There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (all marble) upstairs. The master bedroom has double doors opening onto a balcony where stunning sunsets over the village of Shutford can be viewed. The master bedroom (250 square feet) can also accommodate a single bed or (sofa bed).
The master bedroom had a stunning ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and state of the art spa bath.
The other 3 Bedrooms are ensuite and a there is also large family bathroom again with walk in shower, large bath and made to measure vanity unit . Making it all together 5 bathrooms upstairs.

Our home can accommodate 10 but we also have a double sofa bed in the study (patio doors open to a quite table and chairs under the magnolia tree). We can can also open our garden studio built 5 years ago. This is fully equipped with small kitchen and shower and toilet . The sofa converts into a spacious very comfortable sofa bed. This would make our home happily accommodate 14 people for a special occasion or family gathering.
The local pub The George and dragon is literally two minutes walk down the road. We have a small dog (Cavapoo) called Lola and love doing the circular walks round the the village countryside and have often seen deer, foxes and red kite. If you walk down into the village there is an old red telephone box converted into a bird and wildlife spotting site that you can log in or read other peoples sitings.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a £150 cleaning fee on point swaps on instant or other wise. For parties of 12 or more this may have to be increased for bedding changes etc and use of Garden room accommodation. (To be negotiated on booking)
