The house is situated on a sailing lake within a gated community, off South Cerney, a picturesque village in Gloucestershire, 5 miles from Cirencester, the capital of the Cotswolds. The house can accommodate up to six adults and two children comfortably. There are four separate bedrooms, two with king size beds, one with a double bed, and a children’s room with a bunk bed. Also, there are two additional baby cots available if necessary.
There are two dining tables one indoor and one out door, both with chairs for six adults. There are also 2 stokke high chairs (from baby to adult). There is a large flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod dock and Sky box. We have a few DVDs, puzzles and board games in case you have any spare time. There is wireless broadband connection. To connect with your own laptop, use the key on the back of the BT Hub located over the AV system.
There is a fridge, a freezer, two ovens, a dishwasher, a utility room with washing machine and a dryer. But there is no microwave. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is also a BBQ on the terrace.
The house has 4 bicycles for adults (two with kid’s seats), one for a toddler and a tricycle for a baby. These are all kept in the central bicycle shed.
For safety, and peace of mind, there are gates which can be locked to restrict access to the dock/jetty; the key is on the key chain.
There is also a toy chest, full of toys for babies and toddlers.
Sheets and towels are provided – more frequent cleaning is available upon request and at an additional charge.

South Cerney is a picturesque village with several pubs, a post office and a local convenience
store where you can find almost anything you need. It is walking distance from the house
and an ideal morning bicycle ride to get the paper. We particularly recommend a stroll down
Bow Wow lane.
For larger shopping needs go to Cirencester where there is a Tesco Superstore, a Waitrose
and an M&S (also a WH Smith, Woolworths and Argos). Tourism - Cotswolds towns within 20 minitues drive
