About our home

This is a non smoking no pet home. Hi there, our names are Angela and Mark a married couple. Our home is a typical English ground floor seafront flat, very warm in winter, a lovely seaview with a lot of attractions around. This is called The Beach House which comprises of the first and ground floor apartments. Starting from the front terrace which has a parking space, a front door to a communal entry door. The living/dining room has an independent entrance of double French doors. The kitchen is with an electric oven and hobs, it is very simple and easy to operate, a microwave, electric kettle, easy and simple. Fridges and freezers, dishwasher and in the cozy laundry area a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is a small patio area and conservatory used sometime as a workshop. A one bedroom with superking bed (6 feet) ensuite bathroom and shower plus a separate dressing room which is used as a nursery when needed. A separate toilet with vanity.

  1. Angela is a beautician who does permanent makeup and other skin special treatments, Mark works in the software industry. Both have a special interest in travelling and experiencing different cultures.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Here is no surprise about a lovely place a lovely neighbourhood which is an exclusive conservation area. The old fashioned seaside houses are here. A shopping centre is a ten minutes walk and many bistro bars/restaurants within a five minute walk (Italian, Thai, Japanese, French, Portugese, Chinese, Spanish, tea houses, cake houses, coffee shops, fruit and vegetables, Butchers and supermarkets) It is a lovely combination where you can find everything even the good old fish and chip restaurants, we are proud of that. We also very close to Cliffs Pavillion theatre and others, museums, art galleries and aquarium, seven miles of seafront esplanade, adventure island fair with rollercoasters and other attractions, large casino with restaurant and shows and the longest pier in the world, 2158 metres opened in 1830. We have as well a lovely countryside where you can walk, play golf, cycling with special protection and respect for the cyclist. And from the London 2012 Olympics our heritage the mountain bike Olympic circuit approximately just five miles away, located in the Essex countryside in Hadleigh. Our neighbourhood is fantastic for the conservation and the permanent progress with a university and hospital university and a very cosmopolitan culture. The apartment is 100 yards from a train station which is only 45 minutes into Tower Bridge in the city of London.
