Our house is a lovely detached 3 bedroom house with 1 ensuite in the master bedroom and 1 main bathroom. In addition to this there is also a cloakroom on the ground floor. The house is set in the lovely wooded area of Bricket Wood, 5 minutes away from the Roman City of St.Albans in Hertfordshire. (pictures taken at christmas) London and its theatre land is approximately 30 miles away by car. The house itself has three large doulbe bedrooms and a fully fitted kitchen with all modern conceivable appliances by Siemens. All appliance finished in Stainless steel: Own paved double driveway can accommodate 4 cars. Could possibly offer a Car Swap (I would have to check with my insurance company) for the SAAB Griffen or Renault Velsatis. Rear garden is an enclosed, landscaped and Teak Dining Furniture, garden setup for outside dining and BBQ's. This area also has a patio heater and is fully illuminated with under plant back lighting. This part of the house is where we spend most summers. The house is also accomodated witha very large lounge with Large wall hanging Plasma Theatre system, DVD, CD HIFI with MP3 interphase. Reclining leather sofas and chair. The master bedroom also has a hidden plasma TV & DVD at the bottom of the bed.(THIS OPERATES ON AN ELECTRONIC ELEVATOR SYSTEM). Cable TV in Lounge area with sports, Cartoons, World News and movie channels (free) and a study with wireless broadband 8mbs internet access. Three bicycles are also available (1 x Peogeout Ladies, 1 x Muddy Fox Mountain Bike Gents and 1 x Mountin Bike) Only 3 minutes away from Restaurants and the World Famous Grove Country Club Hotel and Spa. This recently hosted the American Express World Golf Championship which was won by Tiger Woods. This is a world class resort that is worth visiting. Restaurant reservations can be arranged.
