About our home

A pleasant three bedroomed house five minutes walk from Stafford town centre is available for exchange or rent. The property is fifteen miles from both Stoke on Trent and Wolverhampton but Stafford a country market town has many amenities. The house is located on Sabine Street and is nicely decorated with pictures of Irish scenery visible on three walls. Its main sitting room is comfortable with TV in the corner and large bookshelf and comfortable black leather sofa. There is a smaller room with two seater leather sofa and computer at the front if people want to chill out, chat or surf the net.The kitchen is relatively small but has been substantially expanded so that it is now open plan with a dining table in the new conservatory..The house has recently had a loft conversion which contains two single beds and an en suite bathroom. The conservatory opens out through French doors and the garden includes a slide and new top of the range trampoline ideal for young children, a table with sun lounger is located near the conservatory. The main bedroom contains a large double bed ideal for adults, the middle room is smaller with bunk beds suitable for children aged five and above, the third bedroom is suitable for two to share or one to use exclusively. The parking involves staying on the street and sometimes it can be difficult to to find a spot directly outside the house but normally this is allright. Stafford is a very pleasant town and as I cycled through the main street yesterday it had an orchestra in the centre good footfall
and a pleasant atmosphere you would associate with an English country town. The outstanding weather added to the pleasant atmosphere and further down outside Starbucks a man in a tuxedo was playing the violin Nigel Kennedy style.A forty five minute train ride takes you into Birmingham and retail experiences abound including the bullring shoping centre. If you want to take in premiership football Stoke city or Wolves are both accessible but you must purchase your tickets in advance of matchday. If you wish to watch top class rugby a train to Stockport to watch Sale Sharks on a Friday evening is a possibility you can purchase tickets on the night 7.30 PM kick off .Trentham gardens South of Stoke on Trent combines a wooden retail village with top class Italian gardens and lake,it is very picturesque and is now in the top fifteen attractions in Britain.Cannock Chase is also close by and you could do walking or mountain biking there.Alton Towers Britains leading theme park is accessible but mostly opens during a spring and Summer season. The centrality of the house is a key attraction most locations are easily accessible by motorway including the peak district or Manchester city centre.
