Lovely countryside walks in the Cotswold Hills or along the local canal network, which is currently being restored. Loal park for children only 5 minutes walk, others nearby.
Spot of exercise
Lovely walks. Swimming pool at Cotswold leisure centre. Water sports available 30 minutes away at the Cotswold Water Park. Lesure centre 4 miles away near Stroud and two local golf clubs within 10 minute drive. Horse-riding also available very locally.
Day tripping
The beautiful Roman spa city of Bath 45 minutes away. The historic Forest of Dean. Local steam railways. Warwick Castle within an hour and a half. Safari Parks at Longleat and West Midlands less than 2 hours drive. Bibury with its Trout farm and the pretty villages that make up the Cotswolds.
