About our home

Our stunning contemporary home was built in 2015, one of only two with the same design. Accommodation is split level with ground floor, middle floor, third floor with decked patio, steps leading to roof garden with garden furniture and hot tub. We love our holiday home as do our guests, its a lovely relaxing retreat.

  1. We are a couple with a grown up family who all love to holiday together when we get the chance.

  2. We work in property and love unusual, individual properties. We are very family orientated and our large family all live close by.

  3. We love to make the most of life and firmly believe in treating life and others in the way you would like to be treated yourself.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Quiet residential area yet within walking distance to the centre of Skegness and its beautiful beach. Shopping, bar grill/pizzeria at the end of the road. Skegness has something for everyone, a very traditional British seaside resort with a pier and clock tower. There is so much to do and see, loads of attractions and places to visit daytime and evening. Theatres, cinema, large funfair, restaurants, bars, a beautiful beach all combine to make sure you have a wonderful holiday. The lovely historic city of Lincoln is around an hours drive away, Nottingham and Sheffield are around two hours away. Hull, the city of culture and the magnificent Humber Bridge are 1 hour 30 minutes and the fishing port of Grimsby around 45 minutes. Nearest railway station is a few minutes away, nearest airport is Humberside approximately 1 hour with Nottingham East Midlands and Doncaster/Sheffield around 2 hours.

Embassy Theatre features top revue shows, further afield Spilsby and Louth theatres are wonderful examples of architecture and present amazing entertainment too.
Walks in the park
There is a park in the centre of town which frequently hosts events throughout the year. wonderful promenade and beach for those invigorating walks.
Spot of exercise
Two large leisure centres in town, walks in the park, walks on the beach or on the prom. Large nature reserve and golf course a short drive away.
Day tripping
Lincoln and its historic castle, Louth a traditional pretty market town, Mablethorpe a traditional small seaside resort, Boston a seafaring market town with the famous Boston 'Stump'.
