A mid terraced property, steps from the Mumbles promenade, bars and restaurants. Mumbles is situated on the edge of the Gower Peninsula. Parking available for two cars to the rear of the property. 3 bedrooms ( one king, two doubles). Large, well equipped kitchen. Pleasant living/ dining room. One bathroom upstairs. Downstairs toilet. Pretty garden with patio.
“We had a wonderful stay in Nia's lovely home. She was a great host very helpful and thoughtful. This great house was so clean and tidy and comfortable, the beds were fantastic! The house is in a great location close to shops cafes and the seafront all a very short stroll away. Lovely coastal walks nearby and you can drive and see the rest of the fabulous Gower Peninsula. We loved it.”

Nia was a fantastic host, she was brilliant and communicating and letting us know of events in the area. Mumbles is such a beautiful area and we fully explored so many beaches and places to eat. “Nia was an excellent hostess, with good communication. Her house is a very nicely updated period property. Everything gleamingly clean and comfortable and the location perfect. Mumbles is a lovely old fashioned Welsh seaside town with plentiful restaurants and a nice long promenade. We came from London by train (brilliant) so had to travel around by public transport. There are buses into Swansea Bus Station from just down the road, from where more buses take you further afield to explore the beautiful Gower peninsula. Rhossili is a must. We had never been to Mumbles before and I am glad we found it. As you read, we have no hesitation in recommending Nia’s home.”

Mumbles is a bustling village which is situated on the edge of the Gower Peninsula. Steps away from Swansea Bay, and a short walk to Rotherslade, Langland & Caswell Bays. There are plenty of eateries, coffee shops and bars within walking distance of the house.
