“We had a great direct swap with Liz and Alistair. The barn has been a super place to snuggle down, escape Storm Denis and at the same time grab dry moments and escape for forest walks. Communication with Liz and Alistair was great in the lead up to the swap and during, with lots of local top tips that really made for a great exchange. Highly recommended swappers! Thanks Liz and Alistair. Knight Family”

“We had a fabulous week in Liz's house. It was spacious and comfortable with a solid fuel stove for chilly evenings. There were lovely walks from the doorstep which were ideal for our dog. The large garden was safe for kids and there was plenty to do in the local area. Liz gave us helpful ideas for days out too. A lovely spring holiday and a great house swap.”
“We loved the opportunity to stay in a 'converted barn'. It was not just a novelty, the house was spacious, beautifully furnished throughout, with everything to make for a delightful stay. Only 3 minutes from the most wonderful farm cafe/co-op, which we made sure we visited every day. Only 10 minutes from lovely Chepstowe with it's great Castle. And then only another 10 minutes drive up the glorious Wye River Valley to sit and wonder at Tintern Abbey (which we did frequently too). The Wye Valley needs several days to explore fully...we loved it. The drive from Liz's place up to the Forest of Dean is one of the most spectacular ones we've done in England. Past delightful tiny villages, views out over the Severn River, bike rides through the Forest of Dean. We couldn't do all we wanted in 5 days and would like to return sometime! Liz communicates quickly and efficiently, helping with all planning details. Thanks for a memorable stay Liz!”
“Well where do I start.... We had an amazing stay at Liz's incredibly beautiful renovated barn in Chepstow.. we feel fortunate to have stumbled across such a treasure . The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful and very picturesque. The village of Chepstow is a 4 minute car trip and we were able to have a wonder around, go for dinner and also go to the large supermarket for our supplies as well as use the organic farm shop just up the road. Liz left some great information on places to explore in and around the area... we had a day in Cardiff riding bicycles and we did some great walks in the area.... we wish we had had a longer stay. Unfortunately we did not meet Liz as she was in Australia at our home at near the same time. I would highly recommend Liz's home to everyone!!! Thanks again Liz.... we Loved our stay. ”
