About our home

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR SWAPS IN EUROPE FOR SUMMER 2014 AND IN USA FOR SUMMER 2015. WE ARE OPEN TO OTHER COUNTRIES SO IF YOU LIKE OUR HOUSE PLEASE CONTACT US.

ALSO WE WOULD LIKE TO SWAP WITH SOMEONE IN LONDON FOR A LONG WEEKEND FROM 24 OCTOBER - 27 OCTOBER.

Just 30 minutes from Bristol airport and 10 minutes from Bath city centre, Camelot House is an exceptional detached period property of approximately 3000sqft (280sqm) set within good sized grounds, complemented by a large level garden and far reaching views over the countryside. It is an outstanding family home offering versatile accommodation spread over three floors. The light and spacious accommodation affords a well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room, living room, sitting room, garden room, utility, cinema/games room, wet room all to the ground floor, whilst to the first floor there are three double en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom is large with a super king sized bed, tv and stunning views. The second floor has a study, two double bedrooms and shared bathroom. The rest of the bedrooms have double beds. Externally, there is ample parking for 4/5 cars with side access to the rear. At the back, there is an 150ft south-facing garden with a large patio area, lawn, fruit trees and mature plants, shrubs and trees, and stunning views of open countryside beyond.

We have SKY TV and unlimited broadband/wifi, as well as an xbox (with kinect) in the cinema room to play on the large screen. In addition, there are plenty of board games that you can use, and a wide range of books just a minute walk away in the old converted telephone box. Outside, there is a mini tennis court, so you can spend an afternoon playing with all the family. In the shed, we have 4/5 bikes so feel free to ride around the village or further afield on them! We would also consider a car swap.

Situated in Tunley, a small village, rich in local history, with a 'gastro' public house and located just 6 miles (10 minutes) from the centre of the Heritage City of Bath. Neighbouring villages provide local amenities. There is a regular bus service from opposite the house into Bath city centre, as well as a Park and Ride just minutes drive away. The City of Bath was inscribed as a World Heritage Site in 1987. The city has a variety of theatres, museums, and other cultural and sporting venues, which have helped to make it a major centre for tourism, with over one million staying visitors and 3.8 million day visitors to the city each year. The city has two universities and several schools and colleges.
