About our home

Our large Victorian end terrace house is in the the heart of Warwick and we love living here because there is so much to do within a short walk from where we live including numerous great bars and restaurants, the world famous Warwick Castle and a large park and leisure centre with a public swimming pool. The train station is close by and has direct services to London (1hr 20 mins), Stratford Upon Avon (25 mins) and Birmingham (30 mins). Leamington Spa is is just down the road and is well worth a visit. The Parade is a fine example of Regency architecture and many of the larger high street shops are there as well as a great selection of restaurants and the stunning Jephson Gardens.
There is also a language school in Leamington suitable for children and a great kids holiday club close to our house.
Our home is comfortably furnished and we have two bathrooms (one en-suite) as well as a downstairs loo.
We have everything you could need for young children including cot, toys high chair DVD's and we also have two bikes with child seats.
French doors open out onto our courtyard garden which is private and a wonderful sun-trap. There is a decked area with a table and chairs and a garage for storing the BBQ etc.
