About our home

We live in a pretty, quiet, quaint village - Welwyn in Hertfordshire. The village centre is a 10 minute walk from our home, with popular country pubs, shops and restaurants. We are five minutes drive away from big cat sanctuary with eight snow-leopards! Welwyn Garden city is 10mins drive; St Albans and Harpenden are 20mins drive. Also close by are Hertford, Hitchin and Stevenage. Getting into London is easy from several local stations. Welwyn North is the closest and Welwyn to Kings Cross St Pancras is approx 30mins. Knebworth and Hatfield Houses are short drives from us.
We are fortunate to have stunning view over the open countryside, two double bedrooms (one en-suite) and one nursery (with a cot). We also have a sofa bed downstairs. A large, open plan kitchen/ living room, a play/dining room, downstairs toilet. We are in the Ayot St Peter end of the village, which is handy for visits to Shaws' Corner. Lovely local walks are easy to access from our house.
