Very homely one bedroom apartment in trendy South London.

Lots of small independent restaurants, English pubs, shops, a cinema and a local theatre within easy walking distance.

Great transport links, 20 min to London Bridge and to Victoria by direct train

The apartment has a washer-dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and lots of nice touches like doTerra essential oils and diffuser, DVDs to watch, a wireless printer and photo copier...

Cleaner on request for a surcharge.

Where is it?

Come out the house and turn right and you’ll find a nice Italian restaurant, Mr Francatelli, 1 min walk
And a nice little Thai takeaway shop, diagonally opposite my house

The pub Knowles of Norwood is slightly further along on Norwood Road (2 min walk and above is where Adele used to live!).

Supermarkets and a Superdrug (for toothbrush, medicine) within 10 min walk.

A beautiful studio called The Shala London is at the end of my road, about 7 min walk

The local South London Theatre puts on very high quality plays. About 12 min walk

Hollywood Star Nails does very good manicures and pedicures at reasonable prices (I was told Adele still comes here at times). 4 min walk

The nearest park is Brockwell Park, about 20 min walk. It is beautifully kept and even has a lido in the summer.
