About our home

This is a newly renovated 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom property opened in August 2017.
Sea-Esta is set within the heart of the popular seaside town of Weymouth. It’s a stunning house with all the facilities you could need for a home away from home. This large terraced house is just a few minutes’ walk from Weymouth’s bustling promenade and nationally renowned Blue Flag beach as well as its many attractions including The Jurassic Coast, Brewer’s Quay and the picturesque Harbourside and Marina. This is the perfect base for families and large groups alike to enjoy a well deserved break on the Dorset coast.
Once inside this spacious and modern property, you are welcomed with both style and comfort. The large open plan kitchen/dining area offers a bright, elegant grey gloss table that can extend to seat up to 12 guests. This extends into a breakfast bar area and well designed fully equipped kitchen.
At Sea-Esta, the kitchen has everything needed to prepare a feast for you and your friends and family. Music lovers in your group will find a music system to entertain you with the addition of a gas effect fireplace and dimmable lighting all designed to create the perfect environment while you wind down and relax into the night.
Sea-Esta delights in its attention to detail with six en suite bedrooms ensuring nobody has to wait long too long to shower after a day at the beach. Decorated and furnished for comfort in modern rooms offering the ultimate in relaxation.
There are flexible sleeping options across the six bedrooms, with two large king size en suite family rooms, three double en suites and a twin or king size en suite. On the ground floor, as well as the large dining room and kitchen it offers a bright indoor courtyard featuring a washing machine and tumble dryer. Moving back there is also a TV lounge area with comfortable sofas, games console and board games for the family. Freeview and a flat screen television are provided to keep guests and kids of all ages entertained.
There are many cycle paths in and around Weymouth, including one that takes you through the town and over to Chesil beach, taking in the official 2012 Olympic site and up to Portland Bill. Or alternatively, for the more adventurous, up the Ridgeway hill into Dorchester and surrounding areas. In addition several boat tours run daily which give a fantastic historical look at how the landscape has been formed. The wider area is home to the Jurassic Coast, a 90 mile stretch of coastline which is England’s first Natural World Heritage Site.
In total Sea-Esta predominantly sleeps twelve adults in traditional beds with its 3 double, 1 twin room and 2 king size beds. There is a pull out trundle bed in bedroom 6 and two modern sofa beds in Bedroom 1 and 2 with an additional pull out bed settee in the lounge area. Travel cots, high chairs and stair gates are available on request.
