About our home

Originally built in 1835 and refurbished to a high standard this one bedroom two story house is superbly located in the center of Winchester.

The sitting area has a fabulous working wood-burning fire place, wood flooring and beamed ceilings.

Cleverly concealed shower room offering high quality fittings and decoration.

Kitchen area includes washing machine, cooker, hob and fridge with large freezer compartment.

Wooden staircase leads to a fully carpeted mezzanine bedroom with king size double bed and fitted units.

Full length sloping roof lights with self cleaning glass make this a lovely light and airy room.

Allocated parking for one car. Small outdoor space.

A wonderful place to stay with a romantic and seclude feel yet only minutes away from Winchester's main attractions and facilities.

Once the capital city of England, Winchester is now the county town of Hampshire in South East England and is located at the western end of the South Downs, along the River Itchen so there is great walking and fly fishing to be had.

Winchester has fast links to other towns and cities via road and rail which has probably contributed to Winchester becoming one of the most desirable areas to live in the country.

Winchester's major landmark is Winchester Cathedral one of the largest Gothic cathedrals, with the longest nave and overall length of all Norman Cathedrals in Europe.
