About our home

An extremely large spacious split level house, within extensive, mature gardens (2 thirds of an acre). There is a balcony that runs 2 sides of the building, along the back so that you can sit out and look over a golf course and woods.

The house is on a quiet road that is a cul de sac. The house is not overlooked at the back which is very private.

The house overlooks a golf course and has fine views of the golf course and surrounding woods. There are 3 double bedrooms (one with 6 foot bed, and one with 5 foot bed) plus other rooms that can be used for sleeping, a large open plan kitchen/living room, a seperate sitting room, utliity room, dressing room, snug, study and 39 foot snooker room with full sized snooker table and bar.

The house is very well decorated and the two spacious bathrooms (one with jacuzzi bath and the other (ensuite) with power shower)) are newly installed.

The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with 2 fridges, large range cooker, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. There are granite work tops and 2 sinks.

The gardens are to two levels and there are many mature trees and a stream and pond in the garden.

The garden has access onto a golf course for country walks
