About our home

Our 1930s home, lovingly restored with period features is a 10 minute walk from beautiful York city centre. We are 2 minutes from Rowntree Park with cafe, library, tennis courts, the river Ouse & huge kids play park. There are also excellent cafes and restaurants & traditional pubs just a 5 minute walk away.

Features

More about us

  1. We are Annalise & Nick. I'm Australian & my husband is from Yorkshire. We are expecting our first child in July.

  2. We are the proud owners of a coffee shop in York. Coffee Culture on Goodramgate. We've had the business for 7 years now.

  3. We love the art deco period & have tried to retain all the 1930s features in our home. We love collecting vintage pieces too.
