The neighborhood could best be described as "eclectic." Built in 1920 for working class families, it has become extremely popular due to its proximity to the city, shopping, and mass transit. Most smaller houses have been expanded or replaced. So there is a vibrant mix of old-fashioned homes, upscale townhouses, and ultramodern multi-million dollar dwellings.
I am an attorney who specializes in dispute resolution and conflict management. My wife, Michele, is a fundraiser for our not-for-profit community hospital. We have a 14-year-old girl, an almost 5-year-old son, a Sheltie (Shetland Sheepdog), and a parakeet.
Unfortunately, none of us are bilingual. I can read and understand basic French and Spanish.
