About our home

Spacious, cozy home. All rooms are larger than 'standard'. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, diningroom, livingroom and large, well-equipped kitchen. There are 2 portals each with fabulous views. The eastern portal has a 7 person HotTub - great for star gazing! Views from every window. Fireplace, Smart TV. Toys & games and large fenced yard. Beautiful walking paths straight out the door or in minutes to the Sangre de Christo mountains for skiing or hiking. Minutes to the Rio Grande gorge for swimming, kayaking or white water rafting. This is a unique location in a charming historic region. This is our family home, built over 33 years ago, before we had children. Now we rent and exchange it when we are not spending time there with our grandchildren! We enjoy sharing it with others who respect it for what it is - a treasure... For stays over 4 nights we will consider reducing nightly points.

More about us

  1. We are experienced exchangers and will happily provide additional information! We have 2 homes: 3bd 2 bath in Taos, NM, and 4bd 3bath in Atlanta, GA.

  2. Britt is an entrepreneur as well as a retired teacher of English at Georgia Tech. He is from the American Southeast and has a large extended family in the Atlanta area.

  3. Francine moved to Atlanta in 2012. Formerly from San Francisco and Taos, NM she has family & friends around the globe (who she would love to visit while you stay at our place). She is retired from working with children, youth & families as a community mental health provider. She lived in the same home in NM for over 30 years. The neighbors are all good friends and look out for each other in Arroyo Seco.
