About our home

Our home is a beautiful historic cottage that has been published in many different publications including a book called "The Manor & Cottages" It is aprox 1600 square feet with three levels, two have a balcony like deck overlooking a park.. There are two bedrooms one we have made into a study but it can easily be converted it has a sofa bed. Large kitchen, Living room with a baby grand piano, a bar downstairs, a nice front yard, walking distance to anywhere and everywhere. A gas fireplace in the living room.

The neighborhood is a very sought after area called "Albemarle Park" it has been around since the eighteen hundreds and has also been published in many different publications. You can look up the neighborhood on the internet and also you may be able to find an old photo of our home, also. All of the homes in Albemarle Park have a name ours is called "The Crows Nest".

My husband and I have been involved in realestate for a couple years now. We just moved here to Asheville North Carolina from Florida, and are very happy with our move. Asheville is a beautiful place with alot of mountains and hiking and a wonderful city with many eclectic restaurants and shopes. It is a very artistic community here in Asheville.
