I am a fulltime author, permaculturist, sustainable living author, currently working on my fifth book. This home is a PermaCulture home-- we capture greywater, rainwater, and host educational classes on making homemade kombucha tea, homemade ginger ale, and rainwater purification. A chiropractor by training, I am interested in lacto-fermented foods. I am an amateur cook, avid reader and film and sailing buff.
