About our home

Having lived in Austin, Tokyo, Taipei and London, I've come home to NYC and to Queens. Love everything about it. Besides having family nearby, there is so much to do. With Manhattan and all the quintessential NYC things to do, I have the beach and the mountains all within a short drive.

This neighborhood I grew up in is so peaceful and beautiful that when friends from out of town visit they do not realize that this is also New York City. It's lovely just to be able to walk to everything or take a train and not have to worry about driving. Beautiful homes and turn of the century architecture line the streets of this neighborhood. It makes you dream of being of being in Europe while in America.

For visiting NYC, it's ideal. After a day of playing in Manhattan, a short train ride brings you back home to a place that's like living in a park, as the landscape was designed by the son of the architect for Central Park.
