About our home

First and only tenants in this Bed-Stuy top floor, two story apartment. Balcony on the first floor, and very large garden terrace on the second floor oversees all of the Manhattan skyline. 2 blocks from a large grocery store, local wine shop and local coffee shops. Four blocks from the G train. Close (5-10 minutes) to hip and bustling restaurants and things-to-do in the best-of-Brooklyn neighborhoods: Bed-Stuy, Fort Greene, Williamsburg and Bushwick. 20 minute bike ride to Prospect Park, with easy Citi-Bike rental hubs one block from us. 25 minutes to Manhattan for classic New York sights and fun. Large king size bed thats new and very comfortable. Full shower and bath. Theres a half bath in the upstairs studio room for extra grooming space. Upstairs is a small studio/office space that holds a queen size double decker air mattress for extra guests. Full sized and fully equipped kitchen. It is a five story walk up with stairs in the apartment, not recommended for people who have trouble with climbing stairs. We also have a dog, for anyone with severe allergies. Comfortable and quirky living spaces. Perfect for a true local Brooklyn cultural experience.
