More about us

  1. We are Karen and Gil and are semi-retired professionals (college instructor/coach and paralegal) that love adventure and to travel. Our home in Oregon is a second home that we love to visit to get away, yet want to have the luxury of shopping and entertainment that Bend has. We sometimes travel with our grown kids. A lot of our travels have been around sports as we are avid sports fans, but we now look more for cultural and historical experiences. Speak limited Spanish. Mellow, non-smokers who love to immerse ourselves in different cultures. Have done several exchanges with great experiences.

NOTE: Unable to do exchange in any home with cats due to allergies....sorry!

  2. We love the outdoors, history, snorkeling, history and beautiful scenery. Have been to Europe numerous times and looking to explore more local areas.
