Our guest house is adjacent to our primary residence. They are connected by a screened pool and large outdoor space. We located in the bustling town of Bluffton, Sc which is 15 mins from the beaches of Hilton Head and 25 mins from historic downtown Savannah. The beautiful Palmetto Bluff resort is also 10 mins down the road. A perfect spot for experiencing all the beauty of coastal SC and GA.

Beautifully decorated , comfy beds, use of the swimming pool and big patio. Shops, restaurants and movie theater close by. A perfect exchange. Thanks Joanne, hope to stay with you again!”
“Wow! I travel frequently, and have stated at many swap places, Airbnb’s and VRBOs. This spot was the best! Super clean, beautiful, spacious, comfortable and a great location, with both Hilton Head and Savannah within a 25 minute drive. We even got a game of ping pong in!”

We have lived in Bluffton for 15 years. Ryan is a Savannah native and Joanne commutes to Charleston for work.
We love this Home because of its outdoor space. Both with the pool and the guest house has a screened in back porch great for evening deer watching.
