About our home

This town home has three levels. Ground level has private 1 br. apt. that is available upon request. (not included in the count) First floor, living spaces and one br. with King bed. Second floor, two queen bedrooms and one br/office. Enclosed porch off the MBR and feels like a tree house retreat. Well decorated and cared for.

We are active retirees with 5 previous exchanges that were very happy experiences. We have references. Jerry was an educator and Meg, a Realtor and Retirement Community Manager.

Exchanging a car is possible. We would like an exchange in the Venice, CA area in early June for 2 to 3 weeks. Also, Boston on April 12th to 19th or so. We're interested in a trip to Europe, especially France, in 2013.

We have lots of pool/beach equipment and will provide you with the proximity pass for use of the amenities. The golf course is a 27 hole Fred Couples course. We have photos and information about this lovely, charming southern setting.
