Charming, immaculate villa. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Lanai faces a popular golf course. 3 years old with all appliances in full working condition. Master bedroom and loft are large. Two second bedrooms are smaller but fit two twin beds. Centrally air conditioned and ceiling fans as well. Driveway parking with garage used for storage and projects.

New community with tennis courts and pool. Community clubhouse with many activities.
Very popular golf course. All necessary shopping within 3 minutues. High-end shopping and eateries within ten minutes. Major highway entrance nearby. Close to beaches.

My daughter and I have lived here in Florida for four years. We are originally New Yorkers .We would like to travel together both domestically and internationally.
I am a widow in my 50s and Katherine is 18.
I am a professional organizer and love comfortable and clean surroundings.
We have adopted two kittens and would love for them to be able to stay at home with our swappers.
