About our home

This well renovated, meticulously maintained home is a short walk from the Puget Sound and ferry dock as well as a short ferry to Seattle. Enjoy a quiet getaway with fireplace, formal dining room, and extra large kitchen amenities. Nice yard with developed garden. Sweeping views of cascade mountains.

This house is located in the middle of the arts district and is 2 short, walkable blocks from a live performance theater, and state of the art movie theater, and many art galleries, cafes and restaurants. Enjoy eating dinner on the water 2 blocks away at a popular restaurant with pull-up boat service.

Rent kayaks, go sailing, or take a quick ride on the ferry to Seattle where you can enjoy the city and all it has to offer. The ferry is so close you can walk on and lands right in downtown Seattle. No need for taxis or transportation arrangements.

Because the house is on the peninsula, you can rent a car and take a 2 hour trip into the Olympic rain forest, or to the Pacific ocean beaches. Stop at Cape Flattery for great hiking, breathtaking views of the ocean, and Native American history.

House is located 50 minutes from the airport via taxi.
