Property is located in Brentwood, approximately 20 minutes south of Nashville, Tennessee. House is approximately 6,000 square feet with 4 bedrooms ( 3 king beds in 3 bedrooms and 2 twins in the 4th), plus 2 queen Murphy beds in the theater room. Also has 5 full bathrooms with showers ( 2 are steam showers). Additional features include: indoor sauna for 6, large private pool, outdoor shower, gas fire pit beside pool, large covered patio beside pool with hot tub, 2 gas grills, Green Egg smoker, 2 kitchens, theater room with projection TV and 100 inch screen plus 10 additional TVs located throughout the house, 2 indoor gas fireplaces, 4 covered patios - one has an outdoor gas fireplace, full TV cable service, wireless internet, and a whole lot more! House is located on 8 acres with a private stocked pond.
Please note. For simultaneous or non simultaneous swaps I will waive my cleaning fee ($250) if the other party waives their cleaning fee. For straight point stays at my property I charge $250 for cleaning.
“Joe was an excellent host. He promptly answered all our questions, met us at the house to show us around, and even drove us to the store to food shop since we didn't have a car. T property was spacious and extremely well kept and clean. Everything was perfect and we had a great experience.”
“Joe’s place was wonderful. 8 of the ladies from my family and 3 of our kids met up at Joe’s house. It was perfect for all of us to each feel like we each had our own space. We spent every morning having coffee and visiting in the hot tub and most of the afternoon swimming and playing games by the pool. I took the kids fishing in Joe’s pond and caught 12 fish. We also found a baby turtle the kids got to hold and then release back into the pond. I would definitely recommend Joe’s home. He was very kind and easy to communicate with. ”

“This was our favorite exchange to date! We had 4 generations ranging from 87 to 17 days as we visited our newest nephew in Nashville. The whole family was able to fully relax in Joe's various outdoor areas and grounds. The kids loved the pool while my husband loved the sauna! We had other travel plans to explore, but found ourselves just relaxing at Joe's home instead. Joe was so kind, flexible and so hospitable. After we left, we said it would be hard to ever top Joe's house for our family. The house is huge and there are so many areas to explore on the gorgeous property. Thanks again Joe! We had the most wonderful time there! My kids are back home and they are telling us they want to move to Joe's house. :) ”

“Joe is a great host, so gracious and kind, thorough and yet easy going. We had a great time with family - the kids played in the pool, the adults watched football from the hot tub, we had movie night on the big screen - everyone was happy. We never left the property to go into the city... but if we had wanted to it was not far at all. We really enjoyed our stay just having quality time catching up with family who live in Nashville yet can't accommodate our large group. It was such a nice change to have space to hang out and time to catch up. We felt so comfortable in his home! Such a treat and great experience - thank you Joe!”

“Joe is a seasoned house swapper. This fact is evident in the quality,facilities and location of Joe's house. Also he is fully aware of the need to be available but at a distant to allow for perfect tranquility staying in his palacial house and grounds. If you read other reviews by LHS members there is a recurring theme, which are not exagerated or embellished but a true observation of the enormity of the property, its location, ( Brentwood is a very very select and wealthy USA suberb, )and the house is full of technical equipment and well appointed myriad of rooms and facilities. I doubt as LHS members you are likely to find a property as magnificent as this ianywhere in North America. We had the privilege to meet Joe and his extended family during the stay which only added to the most delightful experinece you could ever imagine whilst home swapping. Thanks Joe”
“We had high expectations of Joe's home based on the information provided and pictures but the reality somehow managed to exceed all of these expectations!!!! We did NOT want to leave and spent much of our vacation just enjoying our 'private resort'. Joe gave us a great initial tour of the property and was always very responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. We did a lot of cooking while there and the kitchen(s) were well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed most of our dinners out in the screened porch area and took full advantage of everything the property had to offer. The pool and hot tub were definitely a bonus and contributed to the experience. We hope that we can return for another vacation at this lovely home in the future.”

“Joe is the ultimate host! It was hard for us to make ourselves leave his fantastic home to go and explore Nashville. So many things that we enjoyed: hot tub, sauna, pool table, theatre room with popcorn machine! pool. So many areas of the home to have some private time and just as many to get together with everyone. The surrounding property is gorgeous too. To quote my daughter, "I'm not ready to leave. I wasn't finished yet!"”

“Joe's house is every bit as amazing as it sounds. We were there for five full days and made use of most of the wonderful amenities: the pool, the Sonos sound system, the projector room, the TVs in every room, the fire-pit etc etc. I think it was only the steam shower and sauna we didn't get time to enjoy. The house is huge, and it's got just about every mod-con you can imagine, and everything in tip-top working condition with beautiful decor and furnishings. As for Joe, he was a fantastic host. Great communicator, there to welcome us and show us around, and was on hand if we needed him, but apart from that he was very hands-off and left us free to enjoy his home. Our last day coincided with the total eclipse in Nashville and he allowed us to check out late so that we could enjoy the experience with him and his friends, even buying us solar eclipse glasses! It was an unforgettable sight and we're so grateful that Joe made it possible for us to enjoy it in this way. To sum up, all I can say is that if you're staying in the Nashville/Tennessee area, I can't recommend Joe's place highly enough.
