About our home

Sunny two bedrooms (one converted to an office and library) with a large Living/Dining room with three windows and sunlight from all sides. One bedroom with Tempurpedic adjustable queen size bed with Tempurpedic pillows, kitchen with appliances, and a full bathroom. A huge collection of classic and foreign DVDs. HBO, Showtime and all major channels on Ultra 4K HD 40 Inches TV. Blue ray DVD player. Laundry room in the basement. The apartment is on the top fourth floor with spacious staircase in one of the model streets in Brooklyn's most prestigious neighborhood. The living room sofa, a state of art German designed beauty, is easy to roll down and sleeps two. Study has a bed that sleeps one.

  1. We are a couple without children. I am a professor of Film and my partner is the Editorial Director of a very prestigious DVD production company. We are writers and intellectuals who adore our apartment and our neighborhood.

Situated in one of the most desirable and sought after neighborhood, Prospect Heights, in Brooklyn, New York. It is very close to all major subways (Q,B, 2, 3, 4, 5), surrounded by some of the best restaurants two and half blocks from Barclay's Center, three blocks from Prospect Park and Brooklyn Museum, Botanical Garden, and Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), Barclays Center, Brooklyn Bridge, etc. One block from Park Slope. In short, the best neighborhood in Brooklyn.

James on Carton Ave., half a blk from us. Vanderbilt Ave., one blk east has many well-known restaurants, including Olmsted, which is the best.
