About our home

ground floor loft in renovated factory building. one block from water looking out to manhattan skyline and chrysler building. Modern furniture, art, antiques, and a wonderful cat! Large kitchen (for NYC at least), dishwasher too. Bathroom with tub, all modern fixtures. Air Conditioner, bike, great building full of friendly creative people. no television, but wi-fi access. Large loft, about 1200 square feet. access to an art studio if you want (and have your own materials).

great neighborhood with cafes, restaurants, but still quiet, lots of families. Manhattan is 20 minutes away, museums, galleries, shopping. Both mellow neighborhood, traditionally Polish, and inspiring, full of artists, hipsters, musicians. Within walking distance to Williamsburg Brooklyn, McCarren Park, Bedford Ave.

My husband and I are both artists. He is an architect and sculptor, I am a painter and teacher.
