We Have a two story, three bedroom, two and a half bath home. It was built in this past year and we are the first to live here. There is a very large master bed and bath, with a huge garden tub and shower, as well as a walk in closet. Our home has a large kitchen with an island, a formal dining room and also a kitchen eat in nook. A front library area and a great room with a big screen TV and surround sound and DVD player for movies and entertaining. Upstairs there is a teen room also with a 32 inch flat screen TV and suround sound. HIgh speed internet and Direct TV cable. HOme is very plush carpet upstairs and in the great room. The rest is beautiful spanish tile. We have it very nicely furnished with quality furnishings and we take great pride in our home. It is very well kempt. The master has a queen size adjustable sleep number bed, the other bedroom has a queen size canopy bed and the third has a full size platform bed.
We have a pool and firepit in our back yard. And all the homes out here are so quaint and all have very large front porches, for nice relaxing evenings. There is also a bar and huge very nice gas BBQ grill in the back yard.
Our community is only a year old and it is located about 10 miles from the Phoenix Mertopolitan area. The town itself is small and quaint with a coffee shop and grocery store, a smoothie shop and a pharmacy and restarant. Also a golf course and clubhouse. The neighborhood is close to many fine restarants and stores. And close to freeway access. The neighbors are all very kind and friendly. As you drive in to the neighborhood it is like going back in another time because they are built to look that way. They are all different and they all have front porches that are actually furnished with wicker and wood patio benches and love seats and chairs, and used in the evenings by neighbors visiting or just relaxing and watching the activities.
My husband and I have 7 children and 1 grandson. We only have 2 children left at home with us and they are older teens, 15 and 17. My husband is retired and I work as an Administrative Assistant in a Dr.'s office. We love to travel and see new places. We also love to camp and go fishing and be outdoors. We love our family and they are ALWAYS our first priority. In the next few years we are hoping to take many vacations and experience new cultures and countries through the home swap program. We hope in this experience to meet new friends and learn about other ways of life. We are very quiet and reserved people, we dont party, or smoke at all. We enjoy queit evenings at home and going out to nice places for dinner.
