About our home

We have a three bedroom/two bathroom three floor Victorian townhouse in central London. The ground floor has a live in kitchen/conservatory with cosy sitting room and dining room. There is a downstairs cloakroom. On the first floor there is a living room, bathroom and bedroom. There is a small secluded garden and a charming roof terrace which is an urban oasis. There are two further bedrooms on the third floor. We are just 15 mins from Covent Garden, the West End and the River Thames. There is great public transport to anywhere in or around London from our home.

More about us

  1. We are, Simon and Vickie, a married couple both in our fifties who are still working but looking forward to retirement which we hope is not too far away! Simon works in the finance sector and Vickie is in Higher Education.

Would consider a sunshine or skiing exchange. We are are non-smokers with no pets and are looking for similar people to exchange with. We have undertaken and throughly enjoyed 7 previous home exchanges. We are hoping for a 2-3week exchange in Florida at Easter 2007 but all other exchanges will be considered.

Our home is in central London in a cosmopolitan area called Kentish Town. We are just 15 mins from Covent Garden, the West End and the River Thames. There is great public transport to anywhere in or around London from our home. There is no need for a car should you choose to swap with us.
The house is part of a local conservation area of Victorian townhouses and cottages. There is a lively local community with small shops and pub on the doorstep.
