About our home

Important Note: If we're doing a Points swap, we expect our guests to leave our home in the condition in which they found it--counters and vanities clean, furniture dusted, floors vacuumed, bathrooms clean, dishes washed, and dishwasher empty. Showers and toilets clean, laundry items such as towels and linens washed and replaced, beds made, etc.

If you don't have the time or inclination to clean, our housecleaner charges us $130. We can arrange for everything to be cleaned after you leave. Just leave $130 on the kitchen island for the cleaning team. If you do opt for cleaning service, please do make sure your dishes are washed, and the dishwasher is left empty.

In the case of simultaneous swaps, we are happy to 'swap' housecleaning. Our housekeeper will clean our property and your housecleaner will clean your property when we all depart.

Our two-bedroom, 2.5-bath second home condo in Phoenix is available for two adults. Built in 2018, the complex houses 108 ultra-modern units. Ours faces west and is on the second floor. It has 1,450 square feet of indoor space and a comfortable balcony just outside. The building is all-concrete (commercial-grade) construction and is very quiet.

The complex has a large heated pool, barbeque grills, comfortable outdoor seating, and a fully equipped gym and workout facility. We are located in the Heart of Biltmore district, near the corner of 24th Street and Campbell Avenue. This unique location is set in a charming neighborhood that’s surrounded by great shopping, dining, entertainment, and outdoor activities. Destinations including Biltmore Fashion Park, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and the Canal Bike Trail are right in your backyard, putting vibrant urban living just steps away.

Each bedroom has a king bed with memory foam mattress--and its own bath with large step-in glass shower. The master bath also has a free-standing soaking tub. The unit is, of course, air-conditioned and has ceiling fans, gigabit wireless internet, 4K TVs with cable and streaming, a fully equipped kitchen with gas range, plus a separate dining area. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Covered parking for one car is included.

All the furnishings are new. Despite the fact that we have two bedrooms, we are restricting usage to two adults. You may invite no more than two additional adults to visit you during your stay, but you may not have parties or make noise. Smoking is not allowed in the unit, on the balcony, or in any of the common areas of the building. Sorry, we do not permit children or pets--to visit or to stay.
