Sandoval community in Cape Coral, Florida is 26 miles from Southwest International Airport, with easy access to downtown Ft. Myers, Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel, as well as Bonita Springs and Naples. Walking distance to the nearest of several community pools, and minutes to boating, beaches and restaurants. End the day with a cocktail our our large lanai overlooking the lake. Several community pools as well as a large clubhouse pool with water slide and zero depth entry for the little ones. A clubhouse with the latest in exercise equipment. A large playground, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, as well as miles of bike paths.
“What a fabulous stay! We spent 10 days at Debbie's house and it was the best part of our month long holiday in Florida. They have a very large size family home with plenty of space to hang out and enjoy being on holiday. There is a great outdoor space to BBQ and the property looks onto water. The estate itself is lovely and we enjoying using the bikes to cycle to the pool. Debbie and Joe are excellent communicators and we would highly recommend swapping homes with them. ”

“Had a fantastic 2 week stay. A very spacious and well equipped home inside a lovely gated community. Convenient location for touring Tampa to Naples. And the lanai on the back of the home was a great place for morning cocktails and evening cocktails. Communication before, during, and after with Debbie and Joe was excellent.”
“This was such a nice stay in a great house located in a gated aria with lot of nice next door neighbors.. The house had a good aircon and kitchen with everything you need well furnished with good beds. In the compound is a very nice pool. We had a good contact with the owners and they quickly responded with every question we had. We got to meet Joe before we left end it was a honour to meet a veteran NYC firefighter. “We stayed in Joe and Debbie's beautiful home in December 2019. Their home was clean and spacious and located in a secure gated community. The facilities available to us were fantastic. We spent a lot of our time at the residents swimming pool area and the playground. As we were there for Christmas, we loved how all the houses had amazing Christmas light displays, which were truly magical. From the minute we started dealing with Joe and Debbie, they couldn't have been more helpful and we would jump at the chance to make a return trip in the future!”
