About our home

As you can see from the photos this is a very unusual home. You have one very large room with fireplace, high ceilings, and three large double doors which open to the patio and pool. In the spring and fall this creates a living area of nearly 350 sqmts with seperate outdoor kitchen and granite table which seats 14 guests. We ususally have a large herb garden growing next to the outdoor kitchen, so we love to cook, you'll find everything you need. Our home is very open and airey so you'll find it a great place to relaxe. We also have a heated jacuzzi and large swimming pool.

I am a manager for Home improvement retailer. I lived in Italy in the early 70's and speak some italian. My wife manages a marina and is from Warsaw Poland. we are both in our 50's and look forward to making new friends using house exchange.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Our neighbourhood is very residential with a mix of younger families and retirees. We are close enough to shopping and resteraunts you could bicycle, but I would recommend having a car as there is so much to see and do. Beaches, Fishing and Golf are all only minutes away.
