Patricia is an artist and coordinator of www.SDVAN.net . Darwin is a physicist and has an independent business www.PCbytheSea.com so he is a computer consultant and does upgrades, repairs and tutoring. Our time is our own and we can work anywhere with a high speed connection. We are semi-retired and travel without children, no pets. Although we own a flat in London, we don't always like to give our tenants notice and so we look for exchanges in London so we can visit our many friends and do maintenance on the flat once a year. We like to stay 4 -6 weeks for each visit.
