This gorgeous five bedroom three bath home is beautifully open and set up for fun and relaxation situated in a quiet, safe coastal neighbourhood. The downstairs master bedroom with ensuite has French doors that open to a brand new private oasis including large swimming pool, spa, fire pit, BBQ, and al fresco dining.

This solar heated swimming pool stays warm all day and night, +86 F (+30 C). Kids and adults will have hours of fun on the long water slide, 8 person spa with waterfall, and giant jumping rocks. We have a safety fence available to install for families with small children. The downstairs office has a new computer, record player, and new piano for music fun.

Upstairs are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has queen bed with its own balcony with table and chairs, cable TV & DVD. Bedroom 2 queen bed with window overlooking backyard pool & spa area. Bedroom 3 has one twin, one toddler bed and a children's art area. Each of the rooms has new sheets and is thoughtfully decorated in California coastal style with a mix of new and eclectic vintage furniture.

The fully stocked kitchen opens to a dining table that seats up to eight. For open air dining eat at the outside patio table or large seating area surrounding the gas fire pit. Take advantage of our fresh vegetable and herb garden just outside the kitchen for gourmet cooking at home, or use outdoor BBQ to grill fresh meats from local shops or farmer's markets.

Encinitas is a delightful San Diego coastal community with beautiful beaches. Our family lived in Australia for four years and settled here on our return because the area reminded us of the smaller laid back beach communities we had come to love.

10 minutes to Legoland, Seaworld 30 min, Disneyland 1 hour, San Diego city center 35 mins. After a day at the theme park or beach, come home to swim, put the kids to bed, and relax in the heated spa....

Many surfboards, body boards, wetsuits, bicycles, available for outdoor fun. For the foodie in you, Encinitas has many tasty restaurants, pubs, and wine bars. We can even leave names of reliable babysitters if mom and dad need a night out.

Excellent shopping minutes away including Anthropologie, JCREW, Free People, H&M, and more. Carlsbad outlets are a short 10 min drive.

Excellent surf ing, swimming, and tanning beaches are a 8 minute drive. Or take the bikes for a 20 minute ride past a beautiful lagoon to lovely Ponto Beach, a frequent spot for dolphin watching.

Upscale creature comforts including WiFi internet access throughout the home, upstairs and downstairs air conditioning (rarely needed), cable internet connected TV with unlimited Netflix movies.
