Beautifully renovated, this unique and spacious home on the Centerville/Osterville line is located in a serene area on Cape Cod and offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out, but also includes several inviting areas to gather together for socializing. It’s the perfect summer retreat for an extended family to enjoy together.
The main floor offers a fully equipped, open concept kitchen with an island that seats 5, a formal dining table that seats 8, a comfy TV area with a sectional couch and chairs, and sliders to the outdoor deck. Just off the kitchen, is a beverage station where you’ll find two coffee makers, a beverage fridge, and additional cabinets for food storage. There’s also a ½ bath on this level. Finishing off the main floor is the Master Bedroom with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and vanity.
The second floor has three large bedrooms and one full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and vanity. The spacious Queen suite has one queen bed and ½ bath, while the additional 2 bedrooms on this level each have 2 twin beds.
The third floor Loft offers another cozy couch area with a flat screen TV, two Twin Beds, and ½ bath.
The lower level, full of natural light, offers a large family room with a 65” flat screen TV for movie nights, a gas fireplace for cool nights (operational from Oct - May), two comfortable couches, a game table, and a wet bar. A laundry room, foosball table, and a ½ bath can also be found on this level, as well as shelves full of board games, movies (DVD’s), and books.
After a long day at the beach, wash off in the outdoor shower and relax on the deck with cocktails while the kids play games in the backyard. Fire up the gas grill for an early evening barbecue and then gather around the fire pit to rehash the best of the day!

The home is just a 5 minute drive to two spectacular Nantucket Sound beaches, Craigville Beach and Dowses Beach, and just 8 miles from the shores of Sandy Neck Beach. Joshua Pond, the clearest pond in the state, is just 1.5 miles away. In the charming village of Osterville, just 1.5 miles away, you will find Fancy’s Market and several popular restaurants, retail shops, gift galleries, bakeries, and ice-cream parlors. Walk or bike to the historic Centerville Village (1.5 miles) for a treat at the award winning Four Seas Ice Cream Shop or the 1856 Country Store (a kid favorite!).
