About our home

Cul-de-sac home in quiet neighborhood. Good for a couple or with kids too. Yard backs up to Jordan Lake preserve woodlands where you'll see all types of birds from small to large (owls and hawks). The ideal location for exploring Chapel Hill, Durham, and Raleigh. Under 2 1/2 hours to great beaches, 3 hours to Appalachian mountains.

Home built in 1989. We became the 2nd owners in 2012 and renovated much of the house including floors, walls, and kitchen. Bedrooms include spacious master, guest room, and nursery for one year old. Spacious living room with new and comfortable pull-out couch. Almost all furniture and home goods are from Crate & Barrel. Samsung flatscreen gets local stations, Amazon Prime content, and DVD/VCR. Detached garage with BMW x3 and Yamaha c3 scooter.
