About our home

Our house is located in breathtaking Charleston, SC. It is located less than a block from the notorious shopping district of King Street and is a four minute walk from the Market and the hub of tourist attractions.

The house has two bedrooms, one and a half baths, a full kitchen, living, dining, is two stories, and has a washer/dryer in the unit. There are two couches in the living room and one is a sleeper couch with a pull out bed.

The home is recently renovated with a new stove, new paint, light fixtures, w/d, etc. It is located in a historic warehouse c. 1881 that has been converted into five (5) units.

Charleston is known for her culture, beauty, and southern charm. Located in the breathtaking South Carolina Lowcountry, such desired locales as Hilton Head Island (2 hr drive), Beaufort (1.5 hr drive), and Savannah, GA (2.5 hr drive) are within reasonable distance for a day trip. Hundreds of golf courses line the coast of South Carolina and many nationally known courses are located in and around Charleston.

Don't you want to come visit our historic city?!

The house is located in what could be considered "uptown" although geographically it is lower on the peninsula of Charleston. We are smack dab in the middle of the residential district (historic properties priced $1 million+) Crime is not much of an issue but being that it is the city it's always good to be aware of one's surroundings. Several churches surround the property and the neighborhood is made of historic Charleston row houses c. 1700/1800+

My roommate and I are both college students who would love to travel abroad on a student's budget! She is majoring in Spanish and I am majoring French.
