About our home

"Dog Days" is our 35 foot Beneteau Sailboat docked at Charleston Harbor, of one of the busiest ports on the Eastern Seaboard. She has two private berths and one drop down bed. The views are really special. The boat actually looks directly at "The Battery," which is Charleston's famous row of historic homes and cathedrals. We've had the boat for 5 years and find it the perfect way to disconnect. We live in Columbia, South Carolina which is an hour and a half away.

A captain is available to take you out on day trips or even to John's Island for a scenic trip down the Intracoastal Waterway. Prepared meals are available with advanced notification. Use our bikes and possibly our car! Pool and resort access all included. See more: http://charlestondogdays.blogspot.com/

  2. Elliott has a small business and Beverly works at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.

  3. We love adventure, food, and travel. Always up for something out of the ordinary! Love the water. Love the countryside. Not particularly fond of crowds. Did we mention food?
