About our home

Our cozy, split level, home is nestled in a wooded area with multiple grand oak trees all around, it has 3 bedrooms upstairs and a master bedroom downstairs. The kitchen and dining room are on their own level so both upstairs and downstairs have access without disturbing each other. There is a living room with a fireplace and separate playroom. There is a wooded deck and garden out back. It is an older home that is well kept. Spring and summer flowers grace the garden beds in the front. We are in a quiet and safe neighborhood with great neighbors. We are ten minutes from beautiful historic downtown Charleston voted top city in the world by Conde Nast magazine. The beach is just a short drive down the street about 15-20 minutes. We are surrounded by marshes and parks just a short distance away in every direction.
