About our home

All original stucco, German craftsmanship 10 rooms, all good size.
The house is in a safe area with off street parking; 2 minutes from UC, 5 minutes from XU, 7 minutes from downtown, near N. Clifton - sidewalk ends at the next house, very little foot traffic. Safe, well lit, off street parking, private, bus line within 30 feet of the house both ways. Many amenities.
I have a large home with all the amenities just one mile from UC, three to five minute drive. Fireplace.

The back yard is all garden: creek,
waterfalls and pond.
Fireplace, music in every room including outside

There is a sauna in the basement, a four person hot tub/winter/cool tub/summer spa outside in a very private garden. There are two full station work out benches in the house, rowing machine, peddle bike, two stair steppers.

There is 12 inch Crown molding throughout the house, chandeliers, phone system, internet hot with Fuse - Cincinnati Bell's high speed service, $800 German made outdoor ping pong table with ping pong robot in the house.

There are Two large bedrooms. A third and fourth could easily be made. There is a half finished apartment in the basement suitable for a teenager with a larger center room with a full set of living room furniture. The attic is finished, a perfect quite, secluded, out of the way private playground for any kids 3 to 12.

I would consider selling the home. Someone may want to use it while they went to UC or XU or an extended stay in Cincinnati.
There is a jacuzzi tub in the master bath, a bidet, heat lamp built in, a skylight, many cieling fans throughout the house - high end - unique and attractive. House is furnished with antiques, large stain glass window and chandelier in the staircase. Sauna in the basement along with shower and toilet.

Creek, waterfalls, pond, stone bridge, beautiful flower garden, lines of flower boxes

Quite, people always comment on how quite it is, you can hear the creek and waterfalls running from the master bedroom on the second floor, close to everything in Cincinnati, XU or UC - (3 minutes), the Zoo (3 minutes), Art Museum, Kings Island, the river, downtown, the Bengals and Reds Stadiums (10 minutes - everything else is less time from the house. Three is no real walking traffic, off street parking - two car garage which is entered by walking over the stone bridge through the garden - never walk into the driveway, three separate entrances - one separate to the basement if you need someone to have their own private entrance to the basement apartment.

The buses drop and pick up in front of the house next door. You can see both of the bus stops from the house. Close to all of Cincinnati's night life, new young bohemian style area/dance clubs/coffee shops/older buildings area just now coming up as one of Cincinnati's most frequented night life spot just one mile away - all the life around UC, exclusive older neighborhoods near full of older mansions. Many city view overlooks are near as cincinnati sits on 7 hills like Rome, San Francisco reminds me most of Cincinnati of all US cities. Steep hills up and down and around, I miss it if I leave for two long, more trees and parks though than San Fran, then their is all the development along the river on both sides eateries, gourmet dining overlooking city, river and downtown. Aquarium, Surround Theatres, Natural History Museum in our old Art Deco Train Terminal - very cool. Back yard is very private for being in the city. I constructed it that way. EASY to use the spa nude, totally private, deck room walls come off in the spring, the OH valley was considered sacred by the Indians for how lush it is - spring and fall are absolutely gorgeous.

I am a professional, life long pioneering entrepreneur, always engaged in new products and services that bring extraordinary value to people's lives. Have lived in the home for 25 years, just kept adding amenities and thought "why leave?" Lot of books in the home.

I am very amenable to any kind of arrangement, mutual business interests, I have represented people outside the country for what they wanted in the US, have also imported products, setting up distribution, marketing and sales. Lease the house, sell the house, trade the house, go into business together and use it as an office, it has had as many as five phone lines installed at one time. I'm open. Just seeking change, travel and expansion of business interests in my life. I live in the house alone, the mother of my only son died and he lives in Cincinnati with my two grandchildren and his wife.
