About our home

Tranquail Salt water bay, across the street from the ocean, beach. Home has all marble floors, open, airy,,,,mostly white and blue,,,,,,,many old architectural salvage details in the home. Kitchen has Gothic Wainscotting from Argentina, hoods from India,,,,,OK, I am an art collector of architecture,,,,beautiful swimming pool overlooking the indian river. Tiki bar and 40 ft. lanai. 45 minutes from disney and 10 min from Port Canaveral.
Fisherman? The thousand islands are in my back yard, most of redfish and snook TV shows are filmed there, Like offshore, deep water? Hire a Capt or bring your own boat ( You can actually park it behind our house-up to 40 ft.) Dolphin, wahoo, grouper, Marlin!

More about us

  1. We are a couple in our 40's with a 12 year old daughter.

  2. Nicole is an interior architect and Fabian is a swimming pool designer/builder. Mia (daughter) is an avid equestrian and so is Mom.

  3. Fabian loves to offshore fish and hunt. Nicole loves any beautiful architecture and horses

Paddle boarding, kayaking through the thousand islands-complete with manatee and dolphin everywhere
Day tripping
Disney, Universal, Sea World (1 hr. away) or for a lighter trip-10 miles away is Port Canaveral. Lots of restaurants on the water, you can see all the captains bring in the big fish!
