adjoining the exchange home. It is centrally air conditioned and heated with quiet surroundings, but convenient to shopping.

My wife and I are retired in our late sixties, and travel somewhere out of the country each year for several months. We are interested in exchanges of two months or longer..

Where is it?

We are in the town of Post Falls, ID, nestled in between Coeur d' Alene and the city of Spokane, WA. Coeur d' Alene, www.coeurdalene.org , one of the most attractive resort areas in the country, six miles from our home. The Spokane airport is 40 minutes away ($40/couple shuttle to our home). We are located in the center of town, walkable to a 24Hr supermarket, library, gym and emergency medical facilities. We are in a peaceful walled-in home park for persons 62 or older. There are no children or pets, but children are allowed to visit 30 days/yr.
