Fantastic Home with Swimming Pool and Koi Pond!!

Large, Beautiful Florida Home. Close to Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, and Palm Beach. Our pool is very tropical with a fantastic center island and waterfall! Huge outside dining area/patio. Lots of fruit trees including Orange, Mango, Banana, Pineapple (Plant) Avocado, Lime and Lemon. Inside is very bright and comfortable. Home includes Home theater system, Fireplace, Two family rooms, Seperate Laundry area, Computers with internet access and everything needed to relax and enjoy your stay. We have lived here for 15 years and love this house. We would like to share it with a family that will enjoy it as much as we do!

Great Neighborhood! very quiet residential street but only five minute drive from major mall, restaurants and shopping. Very central location! Ft. Lauderdale is 20 minute drive by car as is Miami, and Palm Beach. Fantastic White Sand Beaches! ten minute drive to Huge outlet malls and worlds larges flea market! Zoos, Art Galleries, Theaters, Shopping, Aquarium, all within 1/2 hour drive. LOTS to do and see both day and night.

I am 43 years old and My husband is is 52 years old. We own a Security Company. Our familyl loves to travel and we love animals! We have three daughters and one cat. Anyone staying in our home must like cats because as much as we would love to take our cat on our journeys with us she is not open to travel. Fat and Fluffy she is a pleasure to have around, always purring and in a good mood!
