About our home

Beautiful 3000 sq ft lake home with contemporary style...with floating boathouse and swim pier. Large, large kitchen with granite counters,
viking range and oven, stainless appliances. King bed in master, 2 twins in one guest room and comfy queen in other. The guest rooms share a jack and jill bath, the master has a large bath with soaking tub and a huge shower. All hardwoods throughout the home. Large screened porch with swinging bed! half bath off the great room. Office could be used for additional guests to sleep. Great for a family get away, you will have use of the electric golf cart. Excellent for fishermen....striped bass abound on this lake, up to 40 lbs.! Large kitchen accommodates you for a family reunion. Pontoon boats available at local marina, or bring your own boat or waverunner...there is a docking station.

This is a private subdivision on Smith Lake. There is a boat launch for the neighborhood which you may use. Very quiet weekdays and lots of families on weekends. There is a local convenience store. From the great room of the house, you can see for miles down the lake. The water under the dock is 60 feet deep! and the middle of the lake is over 200 ft deep....Smith Lake is the third cleanest lake in America with 550 miles of shoreline, so if you go exploring you will need a map! Truly an undiscovered paradise.

THis is my personal home. I am a landscape designer in Alabama. I would like to travel and see unique places in the US and abroad. I am single and would not be bringing children with me for a swap.
